We are truly sorry to hear that you're feeling this way in your marriage. We will stand with you in prayer and also provide some biblical guidance.
Firstly, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this sister and her marriage. Lord, we pray that you would soften her husband's heart and open his eyes to her needs and feelings. We ask that you would give him a spirit of wisdom and understanding, that he may be the husband you have called him to be Ephesians 5:25 WEB: "Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the assembly, and gave himself up for it.". Father, we also pray for this sister, that you would give her the strength and patience to endure, and guide her steps as she seeks to honor you in her marriage. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen.
Now, let's look at what the Bible says about marriage. In Ephesians 5:28-29 WEB, it says, "So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. For no man ever hated his own flesh; but nourishes and cherishes it, even as the Lord does the assembly." This passage shows that husbands are called to love their wives deeply and selflessly.
However, it's also important to remember the role of the wife in marriage. In Ephesians 5:22-24 WEB, it says, "Wives, be subject to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the assembly, being himself the savior of the body. But as the assembly is subject to Christ, so let the wives also be to their own husbands in everything." This does not mean that wives should tolerate abuse or neglect, but rather that they should respect and support their husbands, just as the husband should love and care for his wife.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to also pray for yourself, that God would give you the wisdom and strength to be the wife he has called you to be. Remember that God can turn any situation around for his glory, no matter how hopeless it may seem. Trust in him, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.
If you have not trusted in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to learn about who is Jesus and what it means to believe in him. We suggest reading the Gospel of John and Romans in the Bible to learn more. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved.
Please keep us updated on how we can continue to pray for you.
