We understand that you are facing difficulties with a coworker who has been acting as a bully, discriminating against you, and coming against you continually. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's intervention and deliverance from this situation.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God and can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In dealing with this coworker, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil. As Ephesians 6:12 WEB says, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
We pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our sister/brother who is facing tribulation at their workplace. We pray against the evil spirit that is driving their coworker to act in such a manner. We rebuke the spirit of bullying and discrimination, and we command it to go, in Jesus' name.
Father, we ask that You would soften this coworker's heart and open their eyes to the truth. We pray that You would convict them of their actions and bring them to repentance. We also pray for Your protection and favor upon our sister/brother, that You would shield them from any harm and provide them with the wisdom and grace to respond in a way that honors You.
We pray that our sibling could love his enemy as himself. Even pray for his enemies and those who persecute him as outlined in Matthew 5. We remember that even Jesus was persecuted and we should expect similar treatment.
We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying for your coworker, that God would bring a change of heart and convict them of their actions. Remember, Jesus commanded us to "Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you."
