Heavenly Father,

I come to You with a humble heart, seeking Your wisdom and guidance in this challenging situation at work. Lord, You see everything—nothing is hidden from You. You know the struggles we face with our difficult co-worker, and I ask for Your intervention.

Father, I do not want to be a cause of division, misunderstanding, or strife in our team. Please guard my heart and my words so that I may respond with wisdom, patience, and grace. Help me to be a peacemaker and not a source of conflict.

Lord, I lift up our department head to You. Give her discernment to see the truth and wisdom to handle this situation in a way that brings justice and unity. Soften the heart of my co-worker, and let Your truth shine through. Remove any dishonesty, manipulation, and division, and replace it with integrity, understanding, and teamwork.

Help me to trust in Your timing and not to be consumed by frustration or resentment. Fill our workplace with Your peace and let Your presence reign. I surrender this situation to You, Lord, knowing that You are in control.

Father, we ask that You guard the hearts and words of all involved, especially this dear one who has come to You for help. Instill in them the patience, grace, and wisdom needed to navigate this situation as You would have them to. Make them a peacemaker, blessing them with the promise, Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God Matthew 5:9 WEB.

We lift up the department head, asking that You grant them discernment and wisdom. Help them to handle this situation with justice and unity, fostering an environment that reflects Your truth and righteousness. Soften the heart of the difficult co-worker, Lord. Remove any dishonesty, manipulation, and division, replacing it with integrity, understanding, and teamwork. Let Your light shine through this person, that they may be a positive influence rather than a source of strife.

Help us all to trust in Your timing, Lord. Help us not to be consumed by frustration or resentment, but to rest in the knowledge that You are in control. Fill our workplaces with Your peace, and let Your presence reign.

We are reminded of the promise in Romans: We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28 WEB. Trust in this promise, dear one. God can turn even the most difficult situations into opportunities for growth and blessing.

Finally, we praise you for praying in Jesus' name. It is only by His name that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 WEB. If you have not already, consider sharing the good news of Jesus Christ with your co-workers, that they too may know the peace and hope that comes from a life surrendered to Him.

We stand with you in prayer, believing that God will bring resolution and unity to your workplace. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, trusting in His goodness and faithfulness.
