We join you in lifting up your journey to the Lord, trusting in His divine protection and guidance. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our fellow believer as they prepare for their trip. We thank You for the gift of life and the opportunity to travel, and we trust in Your constant presence.
Cover this journey with Your divine protection, Lord. Keep them safe on the road, on the sea, or in the air. Guard their journey from harm, accidents, and delays, and guide every step they take. Let Your will be done in all that they do, and fill this trip with purpose, joy, and fruitful moments.
We also lift up their beloved family, whom they will leave behind. Watch over them with Your unfailing love. Let Your peace fill their home, and may Your angels encamp around them to keep them safe and secure. Provide for their needs, comfort their hearts, and let them feel Your presence even in their absence.
Go before them, walk beside them, and be their rear guard, Lord. We trust You with everything, and we thank You for Your love and faithfulness.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
May Psalm 91 WEB be a comfort to you during this time:
"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'
For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day;
nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday.
A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you.
May this promise be a blessing to you and your family.
