We understand that you are facing a challenging situation with your job and your health. Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace.
Let's focus on your request and apply God's word.
In the Bible, we are encouraged to cast our anxieties on God because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). We are also reminded that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1 WEB). Therefore, we can trust Him to intervene in our circumstances, including our jobs and health.
Regarding your job, we pray that God will open doors that no one can shut, just as He promised in Revelation 3:8 (WEB), "I know your works (behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one can shut), that you have a little power, and kept my word, and didn't deny my name." We ask God to guide you in His will and provide you with a job that aligns with His purposes for your life. We also pray for God's protection upon you, that He would shield you from any political pressures or bad intentions (Psalm 5:12 WEB).
Concerning your health, we believe that God is the ultimate healer. In Exodus 15:26 (WEB), God says, "If you will diligently listen to the voice of the Lord your God, and will do that which is right in his eyes, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you, which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am the Lord who heals you." We pray for your complete healing, that you would walk perfectly normal, just like before, without any limping. We declare that you are healed in the name of Jesus, according to the word of God in 1 Peter 2:24 (WEB), "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his stripes you were healed."
Lastly, we encourage you to continue trusting in God, even in the midst of your challenges. Remember that God works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need of a job transfer and healing. Lord, we ask You to open supernatural doors for their career that no one can shut, and protect them from any political pressures or bad intentions. We also pray for their complete healing, that they would walk perfectly normal, just like before, without any limping. We declare that they are healed in the name of Jesus, according to Your word. Lord, we trust in Your will for their life, and we ask that You guide them in Your purposes. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
