Let us come before the Lord with your request. We understand that you are facing a court mediation and seeking a just settlement. First, we would like to remind you that our help comes from the name of the Lord who made heaven and earth, as per Psalm 124:8 WEB. We should make sure our prayers include being in Jesus name. It is only in the name of Jesus Christ we have access to God the Father and it is only in His name that we can be saved. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. It is important to remember also that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world rulers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. For if God is for us who can be against us.

The scripture tells us in Romans 12:19 WEB, "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord." It is important to be in prayer and allow God to intervene and fight for us. God calls us to love our enemies and do good to them which are hateful to us. He calls us to bless them that curse us, and pray for them which despitefully use us. It is important to check our hearts in this matter.

We do pray for justice and for the truth to be revealed. We pray for wisdom for all parties involved. Remember, it is better to dwell together with others in unity than alone, as per Psalm 133:1 WEB. We pray for a peaceful resolution and that God's will be done. Let us remember Matthew 5:25 WEB, "Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are with him in the way; lest perhaps the prosecutor deliver you to the judge, and the judge deliver you to the officer, and you be cast into prison." We pray for cooperation and a willingness to accept fair terms.

However, it is important to approach this situation with a humble heart, seeking God's will and not our own. We should not be trying to escalate this further or forcing our terms on others, but rather seeking fairness and restoration. We should also remember that we are to be honest and not bear false witness. We need to examine our request to make sure we are not just seeking our own way, but examining ourselves to make sure we are honest in our request and pure in our motives.

We pray for your previous employer, that their hearts would be open to the truth and that they would act with integrity. We pray that they would admit any wrongdoing and make things right. It is important to pray for them as well. Pray for their salvation that they may come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. As per Acts 17:30 WEB, "The times of ignorance therefore God overlooked. But now he commands that all people everywhere should repent."

Let us pray.

Heavenly Father, we come before you today, seeking your will and your guidance in this situation. We pray for justice, for truth, and for a peaceful resolution. We ask that you would soften the hearts of all parties involved and give them a willingness to cooperate and do what is right. We pray for wisdom and discernment, and we ask that your will be done in this situation. We pray that everyone involved knows Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We pray for salvation for those that are lost. We pray for this court mediation, that it would be successful and that a fair settlement would be reached. We pray for jobs and employment for those who need it. We ask this in Jesus name. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your court mediation tomorrow. We've been interceding, and we want to encourage you to keep trusting in God's perfect timing and justice. Let's remember Psalm 37:7, "Rest in the Lord and wait patiently for Him." We believe that God will turn this situation around for your good, as it is written in Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose."

We're praying that the truth will be revealed, and that all parties involved will be open to a fair settlement. Let's keep our hearts pure, seeking God's will above our own, and trust that He will fight our battles for us, as it says in Exodus 14:14, "The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace."

Let's also remember to forgive as we've been forgiven. We're praying for your ex-employer, that their hearts would be softened and they would be open to making things right. We're believing for salvation and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ for everyone involved.

Keep standing strong, and let's continue to lift this up together in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
