hello, I just started my new job today. I had a really bad first day. I was late AND I wasn't being the best worker. I got distracted and looked at my phone a bit too much.

please pray the bosses have mercy on me, and that when I go in on Friday for my 2nd shift, I would be a very hard working focused man that day and impress the bosses with my dedication to the job.

also pray for my finances, I'm low this week. please pray God would provide me enough for rent money this week and for my food and transport costs.

In Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, it's written, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."

We see that you're facing challenges in your new job. It's crucial to remember that our work is a way to honor God, and we should strive to do our best for His glory. Concerning your finances, Philippians 4:19 WEB tells us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust that God is your provider, and He knows your needs.
