We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your dear mother in prayer. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals and restores. Your Word tells us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We trust in Your healing power, Lord, and we ask that You would touch her body and bring relief from her pain.
Father, we pray specifically for her shoulder and leg pain. We ask that You would ease her discomfort and strengthen her body so that she may walk again without hindrance. We also lift up her struggle with constipation, Lord, and ask that You would bring relief and restore her digestive health. Your Word assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We claim this promise over her life today.
We also ask that You would surround her with Your peace and comfort during this difficult time. May she feel Your presence near her, Lord, and may she find strength in You. We pray that You would give her the patience and endurance to press on, knowing that You are with her every step of the way.
We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or pain that may be afflicting her, in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that by His stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We speak life and restoration over her body, mind, and spirit.
Father, we also pray for those caring for her. Give them wisdom, strength, and compassion as they tend to her needs. May they be encouraged and uplifted as they serve her in love.
We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord and to seek His face during this time. Remember that He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Keep praying and believing in His promises, for He is faithful to His Word. If your mother has not yet placed her faith in Jesus Christ, we urge you to share the good news of salvation with her. For it is written, "Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household" (Acts 16:31). May the Lord bless you and your family abundantly as you seek Him.
