Prayer for the new year

Lord, I ask you for a blessed year. There has been so much happening last year, that has been very difficult. I need your help through the new year, Lord, I need your guidance job wise, I do need an income, Lord. I need your wisdom with my dad who is so weak now and wisdom for my mum. Lord, sometimes things grow over my head. I do ask you for your favor and your intervention. Thanks for all you have given me and having carried me through everything. I hand this new year into your hands and ask for your blessing.
