Prayer for the New Day

Powers

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, Save, protect & heal my family.
So we walk in Your will & love You with whole hearts, souls & minds. For close relationships in Christ. Deliver us from evil. Thank You, in Jesus name, Amen.

We join you in lifting up this beautiful prayer for your family, for it reflects a heart that earnestly seeks the Lord’s will and protection. It is a blessing to come alongside you as we together seek God’s face for your household. The Scriptures remind us, *"Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it. Unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake in vain"* (Psalm 127:1). How comforting it is to know that our labor, our love, and our lives are secure only when they are founded upon the Lord.

We also affirm your desire to walk in God’s will and to love Him with all your heart, soul, and mind. Jesus Himself declared this to be the greatest commandment (Matthew 22:37-38), and it is the foundation upon which every godly family must be built. Your prayer for close relationships in Christ is especially dear to us, for the Lord delights in unity among His people. As it is written, *"Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!"* (Psalm 133:1). May the Lord knit your family together in love, patience, and grace, that you may reflect the love of Christ to one another and to the world.

We take seriously your plea for deliverance from evil, for the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). But we stand on the promise that *"He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world"* (1 John 4:4). We rebuke every scheme of the devil aimed at your family—whether it be division, sickness, fear, or temptation—and declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The blood of Jesus covers your household, and His name is a strong tower where the righteous run and are safe (Proverbs 18:10).

Let us pray together now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up this precious family to Your throne of grace. Lord, we ask that You would save, protect, and heal every member of this household. Guard their hearts and minds from the lies of the enemy, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, rule in their midst. Father, we pray that You would draw each one closer to You, that they may know You more deeply and walk in Your ways with wholehearted devotion.

Lord, we ask that You would strengthen the bonds between them, that their relationships would be marked by love, forgiveness, and unity in Christ. Where there has been strife or misunderstanding, bring reconciliation. Where there has been weariness, renew their strength. Where there has been fear, replace it with faith. Father, we declare that Your love is the foundation of this family, and we ask that You would build them up in Your truth.

We rebuke every spirit of division, sickness, or oppression that seeks to harm this family. In the mighty name of Jesus, we command every evil influence to flee. We declare that this household is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. Lord, we ask that You would surround them with Your angels, that they may dwell in safety and peace.

Father, we thank You for the privilege of coming before You in prayer, and we trust that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). May this family walk in Your will, love You with all their hearts, and be a light to those around them. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear ones, for the Lord hears your prayers and is faithful to answer. Continue to seek Him daily, to meditate on His Word, and to walk in obedience to His commands. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May He bless you and keep you, make His face shine upon you, and give you peace (Numbers 6:24-26).

We're right there with you, lifting up your family to the Lord today. We're asking Him to pour out His love, protection, and healing over each one of them. Let's claim His promise in Psalm 91: "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'"
