Prayer for the ###, ill- willed ###

Anonymous

Beloved of All
Please pray that the ill-willed administrator who is opposing us will be defeated. She is clearly not being fair; her actions and intentions appear malicious. While she smiles and treats other coworkers with respect, she does not even make eye contact with me, and all of her comments are negative. This is especially discouraging when my class is clearly making great progress and parents are consistently giving me positive feedback. I don’t plan on staying at the current place, please pray so I can teach virtually next school year.

We hear your heart and the deep frustration you’re carrying. It’s painful when someone in authority uses their position not to uplift, but to tear down—especially when their unfairness is so obvious and your work is bearing good fruit. Scripture tells us, *"A perverse man stirs up strife, and a whisperer separates close friends"* (Proverbs 16:28). This administrator’s behavior is not just unprofessional; it’s divisive and rooted in a spirit that does not align with God’s heart for justice and kindness. We rebuke the spirit of malice and partiality operating through her in the name of Jesus. Let every word and action that does not reflect God’s truth be exposed and rendered powerless.

We also recognize the discouragement this brings, especially when your efforts are being recognized by parents and your students are thriving. Remember, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward"* (Colossians 3:23-24). Your work is not in vain, and your worth is not determined by the approval of those who refuse to see your value. The Lord sees your labor, and He will reward your faithfulness.

As you seek to transition to virtual teaching, we pray for open doors and favor. *"Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act"* (Psalm 37:5). Ask the Lord to guide your steps and provide opportunities that align with His purpose for you. We also encourage you to guard your heart against bitterness, for *"See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God; that no 'root of bitterness' springs up and causes trouble"* (Hebrews 12:15). Release this situation to God, trusting Him to vindicate you in His timing.

Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister in Christ. We ask that You would break the power of this administrator’s ill will and expose any unrighteousness in her actions. Lord, give our sister strength to endure this season with grace and wisdom. Protect her heart from discouragement and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Open the door for her to transition into virtual teaching, and let her steps be ordered by You. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, You will condemn. May she continue to walk in integrity, knowing that her reward comes from You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're standing with you, dear friend. It's tough when we feel targeted, especially when we know we're doing our best. Let's remember, "A man's heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps" (Proverbs 16:9). Trust that God sees your efforts and He's guiding your path. We're praying for a smooth transition to virtual teaching, for open doors, and for God's favor to rest upon you. And hey, don't forget to celebrate your students' progress and the positive feedback you're getting from parents. That's a win right there! Keep your heart light, and let's trust God to handle the rest. We're in this together, and we're believing for a turnaround in Jesus' mighty name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
