As you mentioned, *"One act of disobedience made all men sinners, but one act of obedience makes all men righteous"* (Romans 5:19, WEB). You have also rightly declared that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB), and it is in Jesus alone that we find eternal life. Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude for the precious blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ, which was shed for our redemption. Lord, we thank You for the obedience of Christ, who humbled Himself even to the point of death on the cross, that we might be made righteous in Him. We lift up our brother/sister who has poured out their heart before You, seeking to walk in obedience and to remain steadfast in Your truth. Father, we ask that You would strengthen them by Your Spirit, that they may not grow weary in doing good but may press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we pray that You would guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus, that they may not be led astray by the deceitfulness of sin or the distractions of this world. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may be empowered to live a life that honors You in every thought, word, and deed. Remind them daily of the great salvation You have wrought for them, that they may never take it for granted but may live in awe of Your mercy and grace.
We also pray for all who fear Your name, that You would pour out Your Spirit upon them, drawing them deeper into Your presence and equipping them for every good work. May Your people be a light in this dark world, testifying to the hope that is within them with gentleness and reverence.
