Prayer For Teens

Please pray for my daughter, Ruth (17) who has been dating a non-Christian,that her heart would return to Jesus and she would have a hunger and thirst for the Word of God. She has been very down the past couple of days so I think something has happened but she rarely talks about her feelings -- I know something is wrong but not what, please pray that she would trust me and open up. Please pray for my son, Daniel, 19, who is not following the Lord (needs His eyes opened to the Truth) and also is desperately in need of a job and of good friends (his current circle of friends are influencing him in wrong directions, bad habits, etc.) Also for me, as I need direction re: relationships. I am not patient and am trying to wait upon God in the area of a Godly husband but it is difficult. Please pray for wisdom and patience in this area and total and complete surrender on my part to Him. Blessings, C.

Father, remove the scales from the eyes of Ruth and Daniel and reveal the truth to them. Direct them in the right path, Your path. Bless them with strength, faith and courage. Father direct their mom and reveal to her how she can get through to her children. In Jesus name, Amen.

Lord I pray for this mother, give her wisdom in rasing her children. Lord I ask you to touch Ruth and Daniel in a mighty way, that they may get to know you as their only true friend, fill the void in their hearts and send good influences in their path. Lord that as they make daily decisions you will send the right person, a godly friend who can give them words of wisdom, words that will touch their hearts and keep their minds focused on doing what is right in your eyes. Holy father I pray for a godly husband for this mother, send in her path the perfect man YOU have chosen for her, a soulmate that will compliment her and make her whole again. Give her peace as she waits for your answer, in Jesus Holy name!!! Amen!
