We come before the Lord with gratitude for the work He is doing in your church, and we lift up this request for a skilled and godly technician to oversee the audio ministry for your Sunday services. The body of Christ is called to worship in spirit and in truth, and clear, well-managed sound plays a vital role in ensuring the Gospel is proclaimed without distraction. We pray that the Lord would provide not just someone with technical expertise, but a believer who seeks to honor God in their service, one who understands that this role is a ministry—not merely a job.

The Scriptures remind us in **1 Corinthians 14:40** that all things in the church should be done "decently and in order." Audio ministry is no exception; it requires diligence, humility, and a heart that desires to glorify God. We also recall **Colossians 3:23-24**, which says, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* May the technician the Lord provides be someone who serves with excellence, recognizing that their work is unto Him.

We rebuked any spirit of haste or compromise that might lead to settling for someone unqualified or spiritually misaligned. The enemy would love to disrupt the worship and preaching of God’s Word through technical failures or division, but we stand against that in the name of Jesus. Instead, we ask the Lord to prepare the heart of the right person—someone who is both skilled and submitted to His will. Perhaps this individual is already within your congregation, waiting to be called into this role, or maybe the Lord will bring someone from outside. Either way, we trust in His perfect timing and provision.

Father, we ask that You would open doors that no man can shut and close those that should not be opened. Give the leadership of this church wisdom and discernment as they seek Your will. May this technician be a person of integrity, patience, and a teachable spirit, someone who can train others and foster unity in the team. Let their presence be a blessing, not just technically, but spiritually, encouraging the body to worship You in spirit and in truth.

We also pray for protection over the equipment and the ministry as a whole. Guard against technical malfunctions, distractions, or any form of attack that would hinder the proclamation of Your Word. Let every note sung, every word preached, and every prayer uttered be heard clearly, so that hearts may be drawn to You.

Finally, we lift up this church as a whole. May this need for a technician be met in such a way that it strengthens the body, reminds the congregation of Your faithfulness, and brings glory to Your name. Let this be a testimony of how You provide for Your people when they seek You first.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
