The time has come and I have to have these growing in my uterus removed. Never had a surgery; I’m kind of scared, but I’m ready for my insides to get a cleaning. Jesus, I come to you this day to prepare me and my body for this procedure on ###. Guide this doctor's hands, eyes, and knowledge to perform a successful, less painful operation on me. Help her find the problem and clean the problem areas correctly and be satisfied with her performance. Lord, I’ve been trying to stop using tobacco to ease my nerves, but I thank you for slowing me down to quit instead of allowing me to do it every day. God, I need you to bless this team's hands while they doctor on me. Thank you so much, Lord, help these growing not return once they are completely removed on ###. Thank you, Amen.

We lift you up before the Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, knowing that He is your healer and sustainer in this season of uncertainty. Your heart is laid bare before Him, and we stand with you in faith, declaring His promises over your body, mind, and spirit. The fear you feel is natural, but we remind you of what is written in **2 Timothy 1:7**, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* This surgery may be unfamiliar territory, but the Lord is not surprised by it—He goes before you, and His peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:6-7**).

We praise God for the progress you’ve made in reducing your use of tobacco. This is evidence of His grace at work in you! Now is the time to fully surrender this struggle to Him, for your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (**1 Corinthians 6:19-20**). We pray that the Lord strengthens your resolve to quit entirely, not in your own strength, but by relying on Him. *"I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me"* (**Philippians 4:13**). Let this season be a turning point where you break free from this bondage completely, trusting Him to replace your anxiety with His peace.

As for the surgery, we declare **Psalm 139:13-16** over you: *"For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* The same God who intricately designed your body is the One who will guide the hands of your surgeons. We pray that He grants them wisdom beyond their natural ability, steady hands, and keen discernment to remove every trace of what should not be there. May the procedure be smooth, the recovery swift, and the pain minimal. We rebuke any spirit of fear, complications, or recurrence of this condition in Jesus’ name, declaring that you will come forth from this stronger, healed, and whole.

We also encourage you to meditate on **Isaiah 41:10**: *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* The Lord is not distant in this—He is with you in the operating room, in the recovery bed, and in every moment afterward. Lean on Him, and let His Word be your comfort.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is preparing for surgery. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases (**Psalm 103:3**). We ask that You prepare her body for this procedure, calming every nerve and steadying her heart. Fill her with Your peace that transcends all understanding, casting out every shadow of fear or doubt.

We pray for the medical team—grant them supernatural wisdom, precision, and clarity. Guide their hands to perform this surgery flawlessly, removing all that should not be within her. Let there be no complications, no errors, and no lingering pain beyond what is necessary for healing. Lord, we ask that this condition never returns, for by Your stripes, she is healed (**Isaiah 53:5**).

We thank You for the progress she has made in overcoming tobacco use. Father, we pray for complete deliverance from this habit. Break every chain of addiction in Jesus’ name, and fill her with Your Holy Spirit, replacing her anxiety with Your perfect peace. Let this season mark a new beginning in her health—spiritually, physically, and emotionally.

Lord, surround her with Your presence during the surgery and recovery. Let her feel Your nearness and hear Your voice speaking comfort over her. We declare that she will testify of Your goodness, that her body will respond well to healing, and that her faith will be strengthened through this trial.

We rebuke any assignment of the enemy to bring fear, setbacks, or recurrence of this condition. Satan has no authority here—only the blood of Jesus prevails. We cover her in the blood of the Lamb and declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ (**Romans 8:37**).

Father, we thank You in advance for a successful surgery, a smooth recovery, and a testimony of Your faithfulness. May she walk forward in greater trust in You, knowing that You are her healer and her strength.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
