Dear Heavenly Father,
Help us remember to call on you in Jesus name as we pray together. We come before You, lifting up our fellow believer who is feeling spiritually oppressed. We pray that You would strengthen them through the power of Your Holy Spirit, just as You promised in Your Word, "He gives power to the faint; and to those who have no might he increases strength." Isaiah 40:29 WEB.
We rebuke any spiritual oppression that may be at work, and we ask You to set them free, for Your Word says, "So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed." John 8:36 WEB. We put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:11,12 WEB. Therefore, we stand firm, resisting the devil, knowing that he will flee from us. James 4:7 WEB
Help them to remain steadfast in their faith, knowing that You are always with them and will never leave them nor forsake them. Hebrews 13:5 WEB. Guide them through this trial, and use it to draw them closer to You.
