Prayer for Strength and Breakthrough

Please pray for God to strengthen me and bring breakthrough from the spiritual heaviness I’m facing. I need His help to move forward today.

We understand that you're feeling spiritually overwhelmed and seeking God's strength and breakthrough. Firstly, it's crucial to remember that our help comes from God alone, and it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."

In times of spiritual heaviness, remember that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand (Ephesians 6:12-13 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Almighty God, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our fellow believer who is feeling spiritually overwhelmed. We plead the blood of Jesus over this situation and claim Your promise in Isaiah 40:31 WEB, "But those who wait for Yahweh will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint."

Father, strengthen our brother/sister and bring breakthrough from this spiritual heaviness. Equip them with Your full armor, so they can stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Give them the power of Your Holy Spirit to move forward today and always.

In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray for Your divine intervention and healing. Remind our beloved that You are always with them, and that in Your strength, they can overcome any obstacle. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, knowing that God is faithful. As it says in 1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it." Stand firm in His strength and trust in His promise of breakthrough.

We ask that You would strengthen them, just as You promised in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. Father, we ask that You would grant them a breakthrough in this spiritual heaviness. Equip them with Your full armor, so they can stand firm against the enemy's schemes. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, giving them the power to move forward today and always.
