Ephesians 1:17-21 (Amplified Bible)
17 God of my Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, I pray that You may grant me a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of You,
18By having the eyes of my heart flooded with light, so that I can know and understand the hope to which You have called me, and how rich is YOur glorious inheritance in the saints (Your set-apart ones),
19And [so that I can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of YOur power in and to me who believe, as demonstrated in the working of YOur mighty strength,
20Which You exerted in Christ when You raised Him from the dead and seated Him at Your [own] right hand in the heavenly [places],
21Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come. (Eph.1:17-21)
Ephesians 3:16-21 (New King James)
16 God of my Lord Jesus Christ, from Whom the whole family in heaven and earth is Named, I pray that You will continue to grant me, according to the riches of Your glory, to be strengthened with might through Your Spirit in my inner man,
17 that Christ may dwell in my heart through faith; that I, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the width and length and depth and height— 19 to know the love of Christ which passes knowledge; that I may be filled with all the fullness of God.
20 Now to YOu Who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that I ask or think, according to the power that works in me, 21 to You be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen
Philippians 1:9-11 (Good News Translation and NKJV)
9 Father, I pray that my love will keep on growing more and more, together with true knowledge and perfect judgment,10 that I may approve the things that are excellent, that I may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, 11 being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.
Colossians 1:9-12 (Good News Translation and NKJV)
9 Father I pray that I may continue to be filed with the knowledge of Your will, with all the wisdom and spiritual understanding 10 that I may walk worthy of You, fully pleasing You, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;
11 strengthened with all might, according to Your glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy; 12 giving thanks to the Father Who has qualified me to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.
1 Thessalonians 3:12-13 (Good News Translation and NKJV)
12 Father, I pray that You make my love for one another and for all people grow more and more and become as great as our love for You. 13 so that You may establish my heart blameless in holiness before You, our God and Father at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all His saints.
2 Thessalonians 1:11-12 (New King James Version)
11 Therefore we also pray always for you that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness and the work of faith with power, 12 that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ
1 Corinthians 1:4-8 (New King James Version)
4 I thank my God always concerning you for the grace of God which was given to you by Christ Jesus, 5 that you were enriched in everything by Him in all utterance and all knowledge, 6 even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you, 7 so that you come short in no gift, eagerly waiting for the revelation of our Lord Jesus Christ, 8 who will also confirm you to the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Acts 4:29-30 (New King James Version)
29 Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word, 30 by stretching out Your hand to heal, and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of Your holy Servant Jesus.â€
