Prayer For Soulmate

I pray that my soulmate can return back to me. We have been off and on for 3 years. Please pray that if he is the one that we find each other again someway or somehow and we can get back together work out our problems we've been having for 3 years and get married. If he is not my soulmate (Lord you know who he is) then please bring me my one only true love and soulmate. Please Lord hear my prayer.
