Prayer For Son

Heavenly Father,

I pray for my son Steven, that You would touch his life with healing - spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical. Father, tonight Steven has requested that I pray for him. I don't know exactly what the problem is, but You do. You are our creator, and You know us intimately. Please allow Steven to feel Your presence and calm his spirit, for he seemed anxious. I petition Your Holy Throne for a covering over my family. Please protect us and keep us and lead us to Your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Father, I too lift Steven to Your almighty throne of grace and mercy. Thank You for his reaching out in this time of need. May You build upon this trust and grant him a deep faith. I join his mother is asking that You would touch Steven's life with healing in every possible way. Place a hedge of protection around him in mind, body and spirit. I pray that as he emerges from this situation, he will recognize the many ways in which You have been right there, leading and guiding his way. In the name of Jesus, please bless Joyce as well for her loving heart. Amen.
