Prayer for smooth process of my work issue

Today I went to renew my card for next year work requirements. It was originally not my slot to go today but I had to take my colleague's slot and go to renew where my colleague did not remind me about these things and I just realised yesterday. I mean, tired of this kind of situation, where I don't have colleagues to discuss about or update about. My colleagues just said because all of us have different timing of renewal. Nevertheless, I think I'm really tired of not being able to be discussed or reminded of in this workplace. So today I went to renew the card with all the documents but the person in charge wasn't there in the morning, and can only be back in the afternoon. I have to settle the payment and claim latest by today. But now that it all happens unexpectedly, I don't know how to settle this. Please help me pray for a smooth process to settle this as soon as possible so that I can claim the payment in time before the account is closed earlier. Help me Jesus, I pray in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
