Aile, we stand with you in prayer for ###'s transformation and the restoration of your marriage. Let us together seek God's will in this situation and trust in His power to change hearts.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the mighty name of Jesus, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). Let us continue to approach the throne of grace with confidence in His name (Hebrews 4:16).
We join you in praying for ###'s healing and intervention in his life. We pray that God will soften his heart and draw him closer to Himself, just as He promises in Ezekiel 36:26, "A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."
We stand against divorce, as God intended marriage to be a lifelong commitment (Matthew 19:6, "So that they are no more two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate."). We pray that ### will rely on God for all his decisions and that he will have a change of heart, turning away from the pursuit of divorce.
We also pray for restoration and strengthening of your marriage. In Malachi 2:15, God says, "'Didn't he make you one with me, a remnant in spirit and flesh? And why one? For the pursuit of godly offspring. Therefore take heed to your spirit, and let no one be faithless to the wife of his youth.'" We trust that God can bring healing and unity back into your marriage.
However, we must also remind you to seek God's will in your own life and ensure that you are walking in His ways. In 1 Peter 3:1-2, it is written, "In like manner, wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; so that, even if any don't obey the Word, they may be won by the behavior of their wives without a word; seeing your pure behavior in fear." Your godly example and prayers can greatly impact ###'s heart.
Finally, we encourage you to continue fervently praying and believing that God can work a miracle in your marriage. As it says in James 5:16, "Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, asking for a miracle in ### and ###'s marriage. We pray for ###'s heart to be transformed and for him to seek Your will in his life. Turn his heart away from divorce and toward restoration. Help them both to walk in Your ways and to love each other as You intended. We ask this all in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
