We understand that you're facing a challenging situation at home. Let's first remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble, Psalm 46:1 WEB.
First of all, let us not be afraid to discuss an issue that might be the real cause of all the chaos. There is not one mention of Jesus in this request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and salvation. There is no other name given by which we can be saved. If you have not accepted Jesus as your savior, then please do so. If you have, but have not mentioned it, then please start praying in his name. It is only by his name that we have access to God. WEB, Acts 4:12, And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. John 14:6, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We must also address the concern that is very well addressed by Paul in his letter to the Ephesians, WEB, Ephesians 5:18
Do not be drunken with wine, for that is reckless living. But be filled with the Spirit,
Drunkenness is strongly against the teachings of the Bible. If you are a believer, then your husband is bound to be influenced by your prayers. However, we cannot overlook the fact that you might not be a believer and a Christian, and we encourage you to start believing in the name of Jesus for your life and your family.
Regarding the shouting, God's word tells us, Proverbs 15:1 WEB, A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. We encourage you to pray for your husband and also speak to him softly and with love.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this family. Lord, we pray for this man, that You would deliver him from the bondage of alcohol and anger. Help him to see the error of his ways and repent from the evil of drinking and the sin of placing blame on others. Give him a heart of love for his wife. Please show this family how to live in true unity, under Lordship of Jesus. Help the wife to show honor and love to her husband that draws him closer to You. Help the husband to show Jesus to his wife.
Lord, we also pray for this person who submitted this request, that they would come to know you and the power of praying in the name of Jesus if they do not already. We pray for their entire family to be saved and serving the Lord. Please protect the children and help them to grow in the admonition of the Lord. We pray that You would fill their home with love, grace, kindness, and peace in Jesus' name. We pray that You would provide for all their needs, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Help them to live in unity, under the Lordship of Jesus.
In Jesus' name, we pray these things, Amen.
