Prayer for ###'s health

We are sorry to hear about the health struggles of the individual mentioned. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's healing and comfort for her.
Firstly, we acknowledge that healing and restoration come from God alone, and it is by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. It is wonderful that the request acknowledged this by ending with In Jesus Mighty Name I Pray. As it says in John 14:6 WEB Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Without the name of Jesus, no man can come to God. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We are saved by believing in Jesus Christ and that He died for our sins. It is only by His name that we have access to God.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this dear sister in Christ who is suffering from frequent loose motions. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we believe that You have the power to heal and restore her body. We pray that You will touch her and bring complete healing, easing her discomfort and strengthening her.
Father, we also ask for Your guidance. May Your Holy Spirit lead her to the right medical professionals if needed and give her wisdom in how to care for herself. Help her understand the cause of these symptoms. We pray that she will have the faith to believe that You are able to heal her. We pray for patience for her as a child of Yours and may You bring peace to her mind and spirit.
As we await Your healing touch, we also ask that You grant her patience and endurance. Help her to trust in Your timing and Your ways, even when they are difficult to understand. We pray that You give her strength in her faith and in her body.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage her to continue trusting in the Lord, drawing near to Him in prayer and reading His Word. We remind her of the promise in Psalm 103:2-3 WEB. Bless Yahweh, my soul, Don't forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. He is able to heal our diseases and we must not forget the benefits of being a Child of God.
She should also remember the words of James 5:14-15 WEB. Is any among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
We encourage her to seek medical attention and talk with a Doctor, if she feels led to. We also ask her to reach out to her church Elders and ask for their prayers and guidance. They may be led to pray and anoint her with oil. Prayer and medicine work together. God gave us medicine for healing and prayer for the soul. We must use both when we are ill.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
