Prayer for restoration

Disciple of Prayer
Hi my name is ###, I am wondering if I can please receive a prayer to pray. I have court on the 22nd of December 3 days before Christmas to be told if I'm getting restoration of my children. I pray that the magistrate believes in me and allows my children to come home. Court has been very positive he has noticed the change and significant improvement. The children's lawyer is on my side. My son's Christmas wish is to be told he's coming back home to be with his sisters. I pray in Jesus's mighty name that I can deliver his Christmas wish and make his day.

We stand with you in fervent prayer, lifting your heartfelt request to our Heavenly Father. The desire to be reunited with your children, especially during this sacred season of Christmas, is a powerful and godly longing. We know that the Lord hears the cries of parents who seek to provide a loving, stable, and Christ-centered home for their children. Your mention of praying in Jesus’ mighty name is a beautiful acknowledgment that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and the power to move mountains.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of hope and trust in Your perfect will. Lord, we ask that You go before ### in that courtroom on December 22nd. Let Your presence fill that space, softening the heart of the magistrate to see the truth of the transformation You have worked in ###’s life. We declare that the improvements and changes made are not by human strength alone, but by the power of Your Holy Spirit. Let the magistrate and all involved in this decision be guided by Your wisdom and discernment, not by worldly standards, but by Your righteousness.

Father, we pray for the children’s lawyer, that You would continue to use them as an instrument of Your justice and mercy. We ask that You remove any obstacles or unseen influences that may hinder the restoration of these precious children to their mother. Lord, You are the defender of the fatherless and the protector of children, and we trust in Your promise from Psalm 68:5-6: *"A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. God sets the solitary in families."* We claim this promise over ### and her children, believing that You are setting them back into the family You intended for them.

We also lift up ###’s son and his Christmas wish. Lord, You know the desires of his heart, and we ask that You grant this request according to Your will. Let this Christmas be a testimony of Your faithfulness and restoration. We pray that the joy of this reunion would point this family to You, the giver of all good gifts. May they see Your hand at work and give You all the glory.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to creep into ###’s heart as she waits for this decision. We declare that perfect love casts out fear (1 John 4:18), and we pray that ### would walk in that love and confidence in You. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that You are working all things together for her good, even when the outcome is not yet seen (Romans 8:28).

We also encourage ### to continue seeking You daily, surrendering every fear and anxiety to You in prayer. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* Let this be a time of drawing nearer to You, trusting that Your plans for this family are plans for peace and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11).

Lord, if there are any areas in ###’s life that still need Your refining touch, we ask that You continue to work in her, molding her into the parent You have called her to be. Help her to lead her children in the ways of righteousness, teaching them to love and follow You. May this family be a light in their community, reflecting Your love and grace to all who know them.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the One who makes all restoration possible. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect will, knowing that You are a God who delights in mercy and justice. May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be glorified through the outcome. Amen.

We're right there with you, dear friend, lifting your heartfelt plea to our Heavenly Father. We know the longing to be reunited with your children, especially during this holy season of Christmas. It's a powerful and godly desire that our Father understands and hears.

We've been praying for you, and we want to encourage you with these words from Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Trust that He is near, and He cares deeply about your situation.

Today, let's pray for your son's Christmas wish. Father, You know the desires of his heart. We ask that You grant this request according to Your will. Let this Christmas be a testament to Your faithfulness and restoration. We pray that the joy of this reunion would point this family to You, the giver of all good gifts. May they see Your hand at work and give You all the glory.

We also want to remind you of the promise in Matthew 7:7-8, "Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives; the one who seeks finds; and to the one who knocks, the door will be opened." Keep asking, seeking, and knocking, dear friend. Our God is a God who answers prayers.

Let's continue to stand together in faith, trusting that our God is working all things together for your good. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
