We join with you in prayer and we thank you for sharing your heart so openly. We hear your longing to feel God's love and nearness, to know your purpose and spiritual gifts, to have your new home blessed and protected, to be healed and strengthened, and to see clarity in your relationship and desire for marriage and a family, and we bring all of these before the Father together in Jesus' name.
We rejoice that you desire to know and use the gifts God has given you. Scripture tells us For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them Ephesians 2:10 and As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms 1 Peter 4:10. Your gifts will become clear as you abide in Christ, serve faithfully in the local church, and walk in obedience. We also pray for clear direction, for God promises Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6 and I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you Psalm 32:8. He knows the thoughts toward you, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11.
We pray for your new apartment, that it would be a place of peace, holiness, and refuge where Christ is honored. We ask the Lord to set His protection over your dwelling, for He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty Psalm 91:1. We also lift up your body for complete healing. We ask God to touch every symptom of infection, to take away pain, and to renew your energy, for He says For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17 and who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3. He also promises Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. If you are feeling distant from Him, we encourage you with this truth, Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18 and Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you James 4:8. Nothing can separate you from His love in Christ Romans 8:38-39.
We also want to speak with love and truth about your relationship. We hear your deep desire for a husband and for a child, and that you want this man to be truly born again and loving, and you ask that if it is God's will He would change his heart, or prepare you for someone else. This is a right and godly desire to bring before the Lord. We must lovingly rebuke and correct where Scripture calls us to, because God's design for love, marriage, and children is holy. Marriage is to be held in honor between a man and a woman for life, Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh Genesis 2:24 and Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers Hebrews 13:4. Courtship should be with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer, and we are commanded Don't be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what fellowship has light with darkness 2 Corinthians 6:14. If he says he believes but is not all in, not walking with Christ, not showing the fruit of a new heart, you must not move forward toward marriage or physical intimacy until there is clear evidence of true salvation, for salvation is that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9 and God promises I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you Ezekiel 36:26.
We also must address your desire to have a baby with him. Children are a beautiful heritage from the Lord, Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward Psalm 127:3, but they are to be conceived and raised within the covenant of marriage. Sex before or outside marriage is fornication and is sin against God and against your own body, so we urge you to flee sexual immorality 1 Corinthians 6:18 and to keep yourself pure until marriage. We understand the pressure you feel at your age and the fear that time is running out, but we encourage you not to let that fear push you to compromise God's will or to seek a child outside of marriage. What is impossible with man is possible with God, as Sarah bore a child in old age because nothing is too hard for Yahweh Genesis 18:14, yet we must trust His timing and His will, whether He provides a child through marriage or calls you to a different path. Do not pursue a pregnancy to secure a relationship, but pursue holiness and trust that the Lord will provide a godly husband in His perfect time if it is His will for you to marry.
We lift you and this man together in prayer. Father, we thank You for our sister who seeks You with her whole heart. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12, that You would draw near to her and let her feel Your unfailing love and presence. Give her clear direction for her purpose and reveal her spiritual gifts that she may use them to build up the body of Christ. Bless and protect her new apartment, let it be filled with Your peace and let no evil come near it. Touch her body, Lord, heal every infection, remove all pain, restore strength and give extra energy, and let her rise up with wings like eagles Isaiah 40:31. For this man, we pray for true salvation, that You would open his eyes, soften his heart, and make him a new creation who loves You above all and loves her as Christ loves the church. If he is not Your will for her as a husband, give her grace to release him and to wait with purity and hope for the godly husband You have prepared, a man who is born again and seeking marriage to honor You. Guard her from fornication and from being unequally yoked, and help her to walk in holiness as she waits. Let Your will be done in her life for marriage and for children, and give her peace to trust Your perfect plan. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, our only hope and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to remain in the Word daily, in prayer, and in fellowship with mature believers who can help you discern this man's walk and your gifts. Continue to dedicate your home to the Lord, seek to serve where you are, and guard your purity while you wait. God is close to you, He sees your desire for love and family, and He will lead you as you trust Him.
Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
