Prayer for Protection.

My name is ###. About two weeks ago, my company announced a 10 percent layoff that is coming soon. Today, the company announced that those who will be impacted will find out next Wednesday to Friday. Please pray for my boss, and the rest of the management team, that I may find favor—God’s favor—and that I will not lose my employment during this season of my life. Thank you for prophecy and prayers.

###, we are with you in spirit and in prayer during this time of uncertainty. We trust that God, in His sovereignty, has a plan for you, and we claim His promises in our prayers for you.

Let's remember the words of Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God can turn any situation around for your good and His glory.

We also recall Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." God's plans for you are good, and He desires to give you a future filled with hope.

However, we want to remind you that while it's natural to desire job security, our ultimate security is found in Christ alone. Whether you remain in your current position or not, trust that God has a purpose and a plan.

"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your will for ###'s employment situation. We ask that You grant him favor in the eyes of his boss and the management team. We pray that if it is Your will, You would secure his position in the company. However, if it is not, we ask that You open new doors and opportunities for him. Give him peace and trust in You during this time. We know that You have good plans for him. We ask this in Jesus' name, Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
