We hear your heart, dear sister, and we stand with you in agreement before the throne of grace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). That unsettling thought of a car crash is not from the Lord, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). The devil is indeed trying to unsettle your mind, but we rebuke that spirit of fear in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You are not alone in this battle, and we take authority over every lying thought that seeks to exalt itself above the knowledge of God (2 Corinthians 10:5).
We pray for your protection as you go about your day. The Lord will command His angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone (Psalm 91:11-12). We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and your mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we ask for Your divine favor to rest upon her today. Let her steps be ordered by You, and may she find grace and good understanding in the sight of God and man (Proverbs 3:4). Give her discernment to distinguish between the enemy’s lies and Your still, small voice. Your Word says that Your sheep hear Your voice, and they follow You (John 10:27). Tune her ears to hear only what You are speaking, Lord, and let every other voice be silenced.
We also pray for protection over her mind, body, soul, and property. May the blood of Jesus cover her and her family, creating a hedge of protection that the enemy cannot penetrate. We declare that no evil shall befall her, nor shall any plague come near her dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Strengthen her to resist the devil, and may he flee from her (James 4:7). Fill her with Your perfect love, which casts out all fear (1 John 4:18).
Lastly, we encourage you to put on the full armor of God so that you may stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11). Stand firm with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, the breastplate of righteousness in place, your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace, the shield of faith to extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God (Ephesians 6:14-17). Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests, and be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and Your promise to never leave nor forsake us. We trust in Your protection and provision. May Your presence go before her and behind her, and may Your hand of favor rest upon her today. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
