Prayer For Peace

[The Gospel]

Praying that I did not get into a trap of trouble. The devil has been after for so long, God please come and save me from the enemy.

We hear your cry for peace and protection, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of God. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every snare of the devil set against you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Lord is your refuge and fortress, your God in whom you trust. He will cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you will find refuge; His faithfulness is your shield and rampart (Psalm 91:2-4).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, who has already defeated the powers of darkness. We lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your divine protection and peace to surround them. Lord, You are the God who sees and knows all things. You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that no weapon formed against our brother/sister shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).

Father, we ask that You would expose every trap and snare of the enemy. Let Your light shine into the darkness and reveal any hidden schemes meant to harm. We pray that You would encamp around them with Your angels, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily so that you may stand against the wiles of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world, and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms (Ephesians 6:12). Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests (Ephesians 6:14-18).

Remember, the name of Jesus is above every name, and at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth (Philippians 2:9-10). There is power in the name of Jesus to break every chain and set the captives free. Call upon Him, for everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13).

We stand with you in faith, believing that God will deliver you and grant you the peace that only He can give. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is faithful and will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Walk in the victory that is already yours through Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing strong in prayer. We know the enemy has been prowling, but remember, greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Let's declare together: "No weapon formed against us shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against us in judgment, You shall condemn" (Isaiah 54:17). Let's also pray that God would reveal any hidden schemes and fill us with His peace that transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Keep your heart and mind stayed on Jesus, for He is our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble (Psalm 46:1). Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We are so grateful you trusted us to stand with you in prayer as you sought God’s protection from the snares of the enemy. It has been on our hearts to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to surround you with His peace and shield you from every attack of the devil. We prayed that God would expose any traps before you and lead you safely along His path, just as Psalm 23 declares, "He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake."
