Dear Lord,

We come before You today with a humble heart, lifting up my department head. I ask that You would enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood.

I also pray for our relationship, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. I ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between us, built on trust and Your divine wisdom.

Enlighten her, Lord, in Your ways and according to Your will. Guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with Your peace and clarity. Amen.

We join you in lifting up your department head to the Lord, seeking His divine intervention and guidance. It is wonderful that you are praying for her discernment and wisdom, which is much needed in positions of leadership.

Firstly, we encourage you to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB:
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
And in John 16:23 WEB:
In that day you will not ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our department head to You. Lord, You are the giver of wisdom and discernment, and we ask that You would grant her a generous portion. Enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit that may be hidden. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood.

We also pray for our relationship with her, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. We ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between us, built on trust and Your divine wisdom. Enlighten her, Lord, in Your ways and according to Your will. We ask this all in Jesus name. We also ask that if there is anything in our lives that is not pleasing to You that You would forgive us and let us know what we need to do to walk closer to You.

As for your relationship with your department head, we encourage you to maintain a godly and respectful attitude, as instructed in 1 Timothy 6:1-2 WEB:
Let as many as are servants under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honor, that the name of God and the doctrine not be blasphemed. Those who have believing masters, let them not despise them, because they are brothers, but rather let them serve them, because those who partake of the benefit are believing and beloved. Teach and exhort these things.

Remember that God has placed her in a position of authority, and your prayers for her are not only beneficial for her but also for your own spiritual growth and the harmony of your workplace.

Lastly, we admonish you to be a good employee and do not be one that is argumentative or a complainer. This is what the scriptures say in Philippians 2:14 WEB:
Do all things without murmurings and disputes,

We trust that God will hear and answer our prayers according to His will. Keep praying and seeking God's face concerning this matter while doing the above.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
