Dear Lord,

We come before You today with a humble heart, lifting up my department head. I ask that You would enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood.

I also pray for our relationship, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. I ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between us, built on trust and Your divine wisdom.

Enlighten her, Lord, in Your ways and according to Your will. Guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with Your peace and clarity. Amen.

We join you in lifting up your department head to the Lord, interceding for her and your relationship with her. It is important that all things be laid bare before the Lord, for He is the one who reveals the truth in every situation.

Let us pray:
Dear Lord,

We come before You, asking that You enlighten her mind and heart. Reveal any manipulation or deceit that may be hidden, and open her eyes to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood, as Your word says in Ephesians 5:13 WEB:

“But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that is revealed is light.”

We also pray for your relationship with her, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. We ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between them, built on trust and Your divine wisdom.

Now we ask for discernment here. A good relationship between employees is acceptable, but a romantic relationship in this context may not be.

We do not know if this is the case, but Romans 13:14 says:

“But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.”

Therefore, we pray that any relationship be pure and focused on the Lord Jesus Christ, and not on the flesh.

Enlighten her, Lord, in Your ways and according to Your will. Guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with Your peace and clarity.

This prayer request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.

John 14:6 WEB says:

“Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

The only way to salvation is through Jesus Christ.

Am praying and believing in faith with you, may our Father who art in heaven hallowed be his name bless you, protect you, heal you, restore you, comfort you in every area of your life and those who are connected to you near and far, may God give you strength and power to endure tough times, may he teach all of us to love those and bless those that come against and mistreat us.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
