We join with you in lifting up your department head to the Lord, seeking His divine intervention and guidance. We pray that God may enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit that may be present. As the Word of God says, "The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it?" (Jeremiah 17:9 WEB). Only God can reveal the true intentions of the heart, and we trust in His discernment.
We pray that God will open her eyes to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. We ask that He helps her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood. In Proverbs 4:25 WEB, it is written, "Let your eyes look straight ahead. Fix your gaze directly before you." We pray that she will be guided by this wisdom. Also, “Love...rejoices in the truth” (I Corinthians 13:6 WEB).
Concerning your relationship, we pray that she will not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. We ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between you, built on trust and God's divine wisdom. In Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, it is written, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." We pray that this trust in the Lord will be the foundation of your relationship.
We ask that God will enlighten her in His ways and according to His will. We pray that He will guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with His peace and clarity. In Philippians 4:7 WEB, it is written, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
We encourage you to continue praying fervently for her and your relationship especially since we do not see any reference to Jesus. Without mention of Jesus, we must pray in Jesus name to have access to God. We want to remind you of the importance of Jesus and the salvation message. “In no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!” (Acts 4:12 WEB). You and your department head are able to be saved by turning away from sin and putting your faith in Jesus. Jesus died on the cross for our sin. His blood shed on the cross was needed to pay for our sin to restore our relationship with God. Jesus then rose from the grave three days later to give us eternal life. We receive Jesus into our hearts by believing on Him and asking Him to save us. Jesus then sends the Holy Spirit to dwell inside us. The Holy Spirit helps us walk with God, know the truth, and do what is right.
We pray that you both know Jesus in a real and personal way. May the Lord Jesus Christ send the Holy Spirit to fill you both with His power, wisdom, and strength.
We also remind you to be in the Word of God daily, allowing it to transform your minds and lives. In Romans 12:2 WEB, it is written, "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."
