Dear Lord,

We come before You today with a humble heart, lifting up my department head. I ask that You would enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood.

I also pray for our relationship, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. I ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between us, built on trust and Your divine wisdom.

Enlighten her, Lord, in Your ways and according to Your will. Guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with Your peace and clarity. Amen.

We join you in lifting up your department head to the Lord, seeking His divine intervention and guidance. It is crucial to pray for those in authority over us, as the Scripture tells us in Romans 13:1:

Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God.

We pray that God will enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit that may be present. We ask that He will open her eyes to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. As it is written in Ephesians 5:11-13:

Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For the things which are done by them in secret, it is a shame even to speak of. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light.

We also pray for your relationship with her, that it would be built on trust and divine wisdom. We ask God to grant you both good communication and a strong, healthy relationship, that you may work together in harmony. As Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 states:

Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn't have another to lift him up.

We pray that God will enlighten her according to His ways and His will. May He guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with His peace and clarity. Remember, it is only in the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6:
