It is commendable that you seek His favor and commit this work to His hands, for apart from Christ, we can do nothing of lasting value. The Scripture you’ve cited from Proverbs 16:3 is a powerful reminder: *"Commit your works to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed."* This truth anchors us in the assurance that when we surrender our efforts to Him, He establishes our steps. Yet we must also remember that our ultimate purpose is not merely success in the eyes of man, but faithfulness to God’s will—whether the outcome aligns with our hopes or not. As Colossians 3:23-24 instructs, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."*
We also take this moment to gently address something vital: in your prayer, the name of Jesus was not invoked until the very end, and even then, it was not the foundation upon which the prayer was built. Scripture is clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. As John 14:6 declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And in John 16:23-24, Jesus tells us, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the gifts of wisdom, creativity, and unity You have granted to those who have labored on this ### entry. Lord, we commit this work entirely into Your hands, asking that You would purify every word, image, and idea to align with Your truth and excellence. May this entry not only stand out for its quality but, more importantly, for the glory it brings to Your name.
We pray for favor with those who will review this work—soften their hearts and open their minds to recognize the value and integrity of what has been prepared. Remove any obstacles that may hinder its reception, whether spiritual or practical, and let the results honor You above all. Father, we ask that this endeavor would not only bring joy to those who have worked diligently but also serve as a testament to Your goodness and faithfulness.
Yet, even as we pray for success, we surrender the outcome to Your perfect will. Teach us to find our satisfaction in You alone, whether in victory or in lessons learned through humility. May this process draw each person involved closer to You, deepening their trust and reliance on Your sovereignty.
We rebuke any spirit of pride, anxiety, or self-reliance that may seek to creep into this moment.
