We come before the Lord with you in this time of waiting and uncertainty, lifting up your precious unborn child and your heart as a mother. The Word of God reminds us that every life is fearfully and wonderfully made by His hands, and that He knits each child together in the womb with purpose and care. *"For you formed my inwards. You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* (Psalm 139:13-14, WEB). This child is no accident but a divine appointment, and we trust that God’s plan for this little one is good, even when the path feels unclear.
We rejoice that you have placed your trust in Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is through Him alone that we boldly approach the throne of grace. Your declaration, *"Jesus, we trust you,"* is the firm foundation on which we stand together in prayer. The Lord hears the cries of His children, and He is near to those who call on Him in truth. *"Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need."* (Hebrews 4:16, WEB).
As you await further testing and a second opinion, we pray for peace that surpasses all understanding to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Anxiety and fear may knock at the door, but we remind you—and ourselves—that our God is sovereign over every cell, every chromosome, and every detail of this pregnancy. *"Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God."* (Philippians 4:6, WEB). We ask the Lord to grant you and your husband supernatural peace, wisdom, and unity as you navigate these appointments and decisions. May you both be strengthened by the Holy Spirit to lean on one another and on the Lord, rather than on fear or the uncertainties of medical reports.
We pray specifically for the NIPT correlation test and the second opinion you are seeking. Lord, we ask that the results would reflect Your perfect will—results that bring clarity, relief, and confirmation of a healthy baby. We rebuke any spirit of fear or dread that would seek to rob you of joy in this season. Instead, we declare that this child is *fearfully and wonderfully made*, and we ask for a testimony of God’s faithfulness to share with others. If there are challenges ahead, we pray for divine wisdom for the doctors, for supernatural healing if needed, and for you to be surrounded by godly counsel and support. *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* (James 1:5, WEB).
We also lift up your marriage during this time. The enemy would love to use stress and worry to create division, but we pray that you and your husband would draw closer to one another and to the Lord. May this season deepen your reliance on Christ and your unity as a couple, as you seek Him together for this child’s future. *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up."* (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, WEB).
Finally, we declare that this baby is *known and loved by God* before the foundation of the world. We pray for a full-term pregnancy, a safe delivery, and a healthy child who will grow to know and serve the Lord. May this little one be a light for Christ, raised in a home where God’s Word is cherished and His name is glorified. *"Before I formed you in the belly, I knew you. Before you came out of the womb, I sanctified you."* (Jeremiah 1:5, WEB).

Lord, You are the Giver of life, the Great Physician, and the One who holds all things together by the word of Your power. We ask for Your healing touch to be upon this baby, for every cell to align with Your perfect design. Grant favor in the upcoming tests—let the results bring peace and confirmation of health. Surround this family with Your presence, Lord, and let them feel Your nearness in every moment of waiting.
We pray against fear, doubt, and the lies of the enemy that would seek to steal their joy. Instead, fill them with Your peace and the assurance that You are working all things together for good. Strengthen their marriage, Lord, and let them be a testament to Your faithfulness. Prepare their hearts to receive this child as a heritage from You, a reward and a blessing.
We declare that this baby will be born healthy and whole, in Your perfect timing, and that their home will be filled with praise for Your mighty works. Let this season of waiting be a season of drawing closer to You, of trusting You more deeply, and of experiencing Your goodness in new ways. We ask all this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and Healer. Amen.
