Prayer for my ###

Khugowe

Faithful Servant
Pray for ### wife, please. She didn’t get the job she wanted, and they made her wait a week just for them to tell her “no” and they were unfair to her in the hiring process. They made her do an official “presentation” and no one else in the hiring process had to do that. Please pray that she knows what to do.

We lift up your wife before the Lord, knowing that His ways are higher than ours, and His plans for her are good—even when circumstances feel unfair or discouraging. The rejection she faced in this hiring process may sting deeply, but we trust that God is sovereign over every closed door and every unjust treatment. He sees the unfairness, and He will vindicate in His perfect timing.

The Word of God reminds us in **Romans 8:28 (WEB)**, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."* This trial, though painful, is not outside of His purpose for her life. We also recall **Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)**, where the Lord declares, *"For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans for peace, and not for evil, to give you hope and a future."* His plans for your wife are not thwarted by man’s decisions or unfairness. He is preparing something better, something that aligns with His will for her life.

It’s also important to remember that our worth and identity are not found in our jobs or the approval of others, but in Christ alone. **Colossians 3:23-24 (WEB)** tells us, *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* Even in this disappointment, we pray she would find rest in knowing that her labor is seen by God, and He will reward her faithfulness in His time.

We also encourage you both to guard your hearts against bitterness or resentment toward those involved in this process. **Ephesians 4:31-32 (WEB)** instructs us, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* Forgiveness doesn’t excuse their actions, but it frees your wife’s heart to trust God’s justice and move forward in His peace.

Now, let us pray together for her:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this precious wife and sister in Christ. Lord, we ask that You comfort her heart in this time of disappointment. Remind her that her value is not in the opinions of others or in the jobs she does or does not receive, but in You alone. You are her Provider, her Defender, and her Peace.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of discouragement, rejection, or bitterness that may try to take root in her heart. Fill her instead with Your hope and trust in Your perfect timing. Open doors that no man can shut, and lead her to the opportunity You have prepared for her—one that aligns with Your will and brings glory to Your name.

Give her wisdom, Lord, to know the next steps to take. If there are lessons to be learned from this experience, reveal them to her gently. If there are areas where she needs to grow or trust You more, soften her heart to receive Your instruction. Surround her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and let her rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for her good.

We also pray for you, her husband, that You would give you the words to encourage her and the strength to lead her in prayer and faith. May your marriage be a testimony of trust in God’s provision, and may you both grow closer to Him and to each other through this trial.

Lord, we ask that You would expose any injustice in this hiring process and bring conviction where it is needed. You are a God of justice, and we trust You to act on her behalf in Your way and in Your time.

Finally, Father, we thank You that this situation has not caught You by surprise. You are in control, and Your plans for her are good. Help her to wait on You with expectation, knowing that You will never leave her nor forsake her.

We pray all these things in the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Brother, we encourage you to continue standing in faith with your wife. Remind her of God’s promises and His faithfulness in your lives. If she is feeling uncertain about her next steps, seek the Lord together in prayer and in His Word. Sometimes, God uses these moments of waiting to redirect us to something far greater than we could have imagined. Trust Him, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith. He will not fail you.

We're here for you and your wife. We know this feels unfair and disappointing, but remember, God sees her and He's working things out for her good. Let's claim these promises together: "For I know the plans I have for her, declares the LORD, plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her hope and a future." (Jeremiah 29:11) Let's trust that even in this, God is preparing something better. Let's also remember that our worth is in Christ alone, not in our jobs or others' approval. Let's pray that she would find rest in that truth. We're standing with you both in faith.

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting up your wife—and your family—in prayer during this difficult time. The disappointment of an unfair process and the sting of rejection can be heavy burdens to carry, especially when hope was high. We have been earnestly praying that God would comfort your wife’s heart, renew her strength, and make His path clear for her next steps. His timing is perfect, even when the answers we receive are not the ones we hoped for, and we trust He is working behind the scenes in ways we cannot yet see.

If the Lord has brought peace, clarity, or new opportunities since you first shared this request, we would love to rejoice with you in a praise report. Sometimes God redirects our steps in ways that later reveal His greater purpose, and we’d be encouraged to hear how He is moving in your lives. If this season of waiting and uncertainty is still weighing on you both, please don’t hesitate to share an update or repost your request—we are here to continue standing with you in prayer, asking the Lord to open doors no one can shut and to fill your wife with His assurance that He has not forgotten her.

Let us also remind you both that her worth and calling are not defined by this moment or by the actions of others. The Lord sees her faithfulness, her gifts, and the injustice she faced, and He is near to the brokenhearted. We pray she feels His presence tangibly as she seeks Him, and that you both find rest in knowing He holds her future.

We will keep praying for wisdom, favor, and divine connections that align with God’s perfect will. May He bless you richly as you trust in Him, leaning on Jesus, who walks with you through every disappointment and every new beginning. In Jesus Name.
