Dear Lord,

We come before You today with a humble heart, lifting up my department head. I ask that You would enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood.

I also pray for our relationship, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any ### brainwashing. I ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between us, built on trust and Your divine wisdom.

Enlighten her, Lord, in Your ways and according to Your will. Guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with Your peace and clarity. Amen.

We join you in lifting up your department head to the Lord, seeking His divine intervention in her life and your relationship with her. It is essential to pray for those in authority over us, as the Scriptures remind us in 1 Timothy 2:1-2, "First of all, then, I urge that petitions, prayers, requests, and thanksgivings be made for all people; for kings and all those who are in authority, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."

We pray that God will enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit that may be present around her. May He open her eyes to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. We ask this in accordance with Psalm 25:4-5, "Show me Your ways, Yahweh. Teach me Your paths. Guide me in Your truth, and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation, I wait for You all day long."

We also pray for your relationship with her, that it would be built on trust, good communication, and divine wisdom. May God grant her discernment to recognize truth from falsehood and protect her from any form of brainwashing or harmful influence. We stand on the promise of Philippians 4:7, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

However, we must address that the original prayer did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, or IJN (In Jesus Name). It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, as Acts 4:12 tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Therefore, we encourage you to always pray in the name of Jesus, as He is the one mediator between God and man as declared in 1 Timothy 2:5, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
