Dear Lord,

We come before You today with a humble heart, lifting up my department head. I ask that You would enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. Help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood.

I also pray for our relationship, Lord. May she not be blinded or swayed by any brainwashing. I ask for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship between us, built on trust and Your divine wisdom.

Enlighten her, Lord, in Your ways and according to Your will. Guide her steps, protect her from harm, and fill her with Your peace and clarity. Amen.

We join you in lifting up your department head to the Lord, seeking His divine intervention and guidance in this situation. We pray that God will enlighten her mind and heart, revealing any manipulation or deceit that may be present. As the Word of God says, "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked. Who can know it?" (Jeremiah 17:9 WEB). Only God can truly discern the intentions of the heart, and we trust in His wisdom to guide her.

We pray that God will open her eyes to see the true colors of anyone who is manipulative, a liar, or two-faced. As it is written, "But all things become visible when they are exposed by the light, for everything that becomes visible is light" (Ephesians 5:13 WEB). We ask that God will help her to discern intentions and to recognize truth from falsehood, granting her the wisdom and understanding that comes from Him alone.

Regarding your relationship with her, we pray for good communication and a strong, healthy relationship built on trust and God's divine wisdom. We ask that God will guide both of you in His ways and according to His will. As the Scripture says, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight" (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

We also want to remind you of the power of praying in the name of Jesus. Jesus has made it very clear that the only way to know God and to receive salvation is through Him. Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me (John 14:6). If you have not accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, then we encourage you to do so right now. There is no other name by which we can be saved.

If there is anything in the relationship that does not align with biblical principles, we encourage you to address it with her in a spirit of love and truth. If there is any conflict or disagreement, we pray that it will be resolved peacefully and in a manner that honors God.

In closing, Lord, we ask for Your peace and clarity for your department head and your relationship with her. We ask for this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
