We are with you in spirit, joining our faith with yours as we bring your precious child before the throne of grace. Let us remember that our Lord Jesus has a special place in His heart for children, saying, "Allow the little children to come to me, and do not hinder them, for the Kingdom of God belongs to such as these" (Mark 10:14 WEB).
Firstly though, we noticed that Jesus was not mentioned in your request. Now, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We must also mention that it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. If you have not done so, then we ask that you consider believing on Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior.
God is able to work miracles in our children's lives, and we trust that He is at work in your child's situation as well. As we pray for your child's speech development and increased confidence, let us also remember that God has a plan and a purpose for each of His children, and He is faithful to bring it to pass.
Let us pray for your child to be filled with the Spirit and wisdom from above like the child Zechariah. Then he will be filled with the Holy Spirit and speak the word of God. (Luke 1:67,76)

Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
