Prayer for my son's cricket match

We lift up your son and his upcoming cricket match to our Heavenly Father, seeking His grace, protection, and favor. Father, we ask that You watch over him as he travels to and from the stadium, surrounding him with Your angels for safekeeping. Keep him free from harm, fatigue, and any distractions that could hinder his focus or performance. May he play with joy, sportsmanship, and excellence, honoring You in all he does.
Lord, we know that every good gift comes from You, and we ask that You bless his efforts on the field. Whether in victory or in learning, may this experience draw him closer to You and teach him the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance. Help him to play not for his own glory, but with a heart of gratitude and humility, reflecting Your love to those around him.
We also pray for his opponents and teammates, that this match would be a fair and uplifting experience for all involved. May Your peace and presence be with him, calming any nerves or anxieties he may feel. Thanks a lot for ur prayers. My son went and came safely and played the match nicely. He is not out but balls are over. All Glory to Jesus. Amen.
