We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious young man as he prepares to take his exams today. Father God, we thank You for the gift of life and the ability to learn, for every good and perfect gift comes from You (James 1:17). We praise You for the plans You have for him—plans to prosper him and not to harm him, plans to give him hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Lord, we declare that You go before him and are with him; You will never leave him nor forsake him (Deuteronomy 31:8). Strengthen his heart and mind today, Lord, that he may fully trust in You and not lean on his own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).
We stand on Your promise that if any of us lacks wisdom, we should ask You, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to us (James 1:5). Fill him with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Let him not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present his requests to You (Philippians 4:6). We claim the victory in Christ Jesus, for he is more than a conqueror through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37).
Father, we also lift up his preparation and efforts to You. May he recall all that he has studied, and may Your Spirit bring to his remembrance all that he needs to know (John 14:26). Let him write and answer with confidence, not in his own strength, but in the power of Your might (Ephesians 6:10). We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, he shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is through Jesus that we have access to You, Father, and it is in His name that we pray, believing that whatever we ask in His name, You will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son (John 14:13-14).
May Your will be done in this young man’s life today, Lord. May he experience Your presence, Your peace, and Your power as he takes his exams. We trust in You, Father, for You are faithful to Your promises. All glory, honor, and praise belong to You alone. Amen.
