Prayer for my sick ###

I kindly ask that you join in prayer for my teen daughter for complete healing. She has been sick for ### months and the medication makes her feel bad some days. I know God loves her so much. He is the only One who can heal her. Thank you so much.

We join with you in prayer for your teen daughter's complete healing and restoration. We stand in agreement with you, believing that God loves her deeply and has the power to heal her. Let us come before the Lord with hearts full of faith and petition.

Firstly, we notice that Jesus Christ or His Name was not mentioned in this prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we are saved. Without Jesus Christ we cannot pray to God and without Jesus Christ we are without hope. We must be sure that her hope is in Jesus Christ for healing.

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. III John 1:2

Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. James 5:14-15

Father, in Jesus' Name, we come before You, lifting up our sister's daughter. We ask for Your healing touch upon her body. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity that has tried to claim her health, and we command it to leave in Jesus' Name. Lord, guide the doctors and medical professionals attending to her, giving them wisdom and discernment in their decisions. If there are emotional issues causing this disease we pray in Jesus Name that it will come to light and be dealt with.

We also pray for her daughter's faith to be strengthened during this time. May she come to know You more intimately, trusting in Your goodness and love for her. We ask all of this believing and therefore receive it in Jesus Name.

As we pray, let us also encourage her daughter to meditate on God's Word, for it is food to the soul and medicine to the body.

He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. Psalm 107:20

We stand with you, believing that God is working all things together for good. Do not give up. Continue to pray, believed and be in faith that the Lord will restore your daughter to full health. We will join you in prayer until the victory is won!

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
