Prayer for my protection against witches and warlocks and the attack of my ###.

Spuestoerath

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me. For this week, I have been having the worst experience ever. My husband lashed out on me, throwing over my things I use for my business. I am a working woman and I asked my husband to please help me out to at least wash his underwears when he showers, and he got mad at me and said that is my responsibility to do that and that I am the wife and it's my duty to wash his underwear. I don't mind doing them because I'm the one doing them all along, but I'm working, he's not, and I have to take Saturdays off to do laundry.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in prayer, lifting your situation before the throne of God. First, we must address the spiritual attacks you are facing. The Bible is clear that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil. We rebuke every work of darkness, including witchcraft and any form of spiritual oppression, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." (Ephesians 6:12 WEB)

We also recognize the turmoil in your marriage. While it is true that Scripture outlines roles within marriage, it also calls husbands to love their wives as Christ loved the church (Ephesians 5:25 WEB) and wives to respect their husbands (Ephesians 5:33 WEB). However, mutual submission, love, and service should characterize a godly marriage. Your request for help with a small task like laundry does not seem unreasonable, especially as you are working to support the household. We encourage you to have an open and honest conversation with your husband, seeking understanding and unity. "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." (Romans 12:18 WEB)

We must also address the issue of your husband lashing out and throwing your business items. This behavior is not aligned with biblical principles. A husband is called to protect, cherish, and nurture his wife, not to harm or belittle her. "Husbands, love your wives, and don’t be bitter against them." (Colossians 3:19 WEB) We pray for conviction and transformation in his heart, that he may seek God’s wisdom and guidance in loving and serving you as his wife.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this sister to You, asking for Your divine protection over her life. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of witchcraft, every curse, and every attack of the enemy aimed at her. We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).

Father, we ask for Your peace to fill her heart and home. We pray for healing in her marriage, that You would soften her husband’s heart and help him to see the importance of love, respect, and mutual support. Lord, teach them both to walk in Your ways, to communicate with kindness, and to serve one another in love. Help them to find unity and strength in You.

We pray for her business, Lord. Bless the work of her hands and grant her favor in all that she does. Provide for her needs and help her to manage her time and responsibilities wisely. Give her the strength to endure this season and the wisdom to navigate the challenges she faces.

Father, we ask that You surround her with godly counsel and support. Bring people into her life who will speak truth, offer encouragement, and stand with her in prayer. Help her to lean on You and to trust in Your promises.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that this sister is more than a conqueror through Him who loved her (Romans 8:37 WEB). Strengthen her faith, renew her hope, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding.

In the precious name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel from your pastor or a trusted Christian mentor who can provide guidance and support. Remember, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1 WEB) You are not alone, and we stand with you in faith, believing that God will bring restoration and peace to your life.

We're here for you, ###. We've been praying for you, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this. We've been feeling your burden, and we're lifting you up in prayer.

First, we want to remind you of your strength in Christ. You're a child of the King, and He's got you in the palm of His hand. No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, God will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). You're more than a conqueror through Him who loved you (Romans 8:37). Keep holding onto that truth.

Now, about your marriage. We know it's tough, but remember, God hates divorce (Malachi 2:16). He's called you to be patient and kind (1 Corinthians 13:4), and He's called your husband to love you as Christ loves the church (Ephesians 5:25). It's not easy, but with God, all things are possible (Matthew 19:26).

We also want to encourage you to communicate openly and honestly with your husband. Use "I" statements to express how you feel, like "I feel overwhelmed when..." instead of "You always...". And remember, it's okay to ask for help. It's not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength.

Lastly, keep trusting God with your business. He's got a plan for it, and for you. He'll provide for your needs (Matthew 6:33), and He'll give you the wisdom to manage your time and responsibilities (James 1:5).

Keep your chin up, ###. We're praying for you, and we believe that God is going to turn this situation around for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep trusting Him, and keep fighting the good fight of faith. You got this, in Christ.
