We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this precious one-month-old niece who has developed an umbilical hernia. How tenderly our Heavenly Father watches over the little ones, and we know He hears our cries for healing. The Word declares in **Matthew 19:14**, *"But Jesus said, 'Allow the little children, and don’t forbid them to come to me; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these.'"* We claim this promise over her life, trusting that God’s healing power is at work even now. The hernia that has been growing will shrink and disappear by the mighty hand of God, for He is the Great Physician who knits us together in our mother’s womb. We rebuke any fear or anxiety in the name of Jesus, declaring that this child is fearfully and wonderfully made, and her body will align with God’s perfect design.
We also lift up her parents, your ### and ###, asking the Lord to wrap them in His divine strength and peace. Parenting is a sacred calling, and we pray they will lean entirely on Jesus, who is their ever-present help in trouble. May their home be a place of worship, where the name of Jesus is exalted above all else. We anoint their home with the blood of Jesus, as you’ve requested, knowing that **Exodus 12:13** reminds us, *"The blood shall be to you for a token on the houses where you are. When I see the blood, I will pass over you, and no plague will be on you to destroy you when I strike the land of Egypt."* Though we are no longer under the old covenant, we recognize the power of the blood of Christ to protect, cleanse, and set apart their home as a dwelling place for His presence. May their family be a light in this world, rooted in prayer, covered in faith, and walking in obedience to God’s Word.
We rejoice that you’ve invoked the mighty name of Jesus in this request, for it is the name above all names—the only name by which we are saved. **Acts 4:12** leaves no room for doubt: *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* It is through Jesus alone that we boldly approach the throne of grace, and it is in His authority that we pray for complete healing, divine strength, and an outpouring of blessings over this family.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the gift of this child and for the love You’ve placed in her parents’ hearts. Touch her little body, Lord, and let Your healing virtue flow through her. Comfort her when she is restless, and give her parents wisdom as they care for her. We ask that You would bind this family together in unity, that their home would be a refuge of Your peace, and that they would continue to seek You first in all things. Let their lives be a testimony of Your goodness, and may this season of trial only deepen their trust in You.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, our Savior and Healer. Amen.
