We lift up your dear mother to the Lord with heavy hearts, joining you in seeking His mercy and healing. The weight of watching a loved one endure such suffering is profound, and we stand with you in faith, trusting that God hears the cries of His children. Your submission to Jesus’ hands is a powerful act of surrender, and we echo that trust in Him alone.
Father in Heaven, we come before You with hearts broken for this precious mother and her son. You see every pain, every infection, every moment of weakness, and every tear shed in this trial. We ask for Your healing touch to rest upon her, whether through divine intervention, the skill of her medical team, or the comfort of Your presence. Lord, if it be Your will, restore her fully, but if this trial must continue, grant her strength, peace, and the assurance of Your love. We pray against despair, against fear, and against the enemy’s lies that would seek to steal hope. May she feel Your nearness in every moment, and may her faith be a testimony to all who know her.
We also lift up her son, who bears the weight of this burden with love. Father, sustain him with Your peace that surpasses understanding. Remind him that You are the God who sees, who cares, and who holds the future. Give him wisdom in supporting his mother, patience in the waiting, and trust in Your sovereignty. May he find rest in the promise that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of sickness and infirmity in Jesus’ name. We declare that by Your stripes, she is healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your Word that says You are the Lord who heals us (Exodus 15:26). If amputation is the path ahead, we ask for complete healing in that process, no infection, no complications, and a swift recovery. But above all, we pray for Your will to be done, knowing that Your plans are for hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).
We also encourage you, dear brother, to cling to the truth that God is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). Your mother’s life is precious to Him, and He is working even in this hardship. Continue to bring your requests to Him with thanksgiving (Philippians 4:6), and trust that He is faithful. Lean on your church family, share your burdens with them, and allow others to support you in prayer and practical ways.
Finally, we pray for wisdom for the medical team treating her. Guide their hands, their decisions, and their care. May they be instruments of Your healing, and may they also see the light of Christ through your family’s faith in this trial.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
