Prayer For My Mother

I ask that everyone please remember my Mother. She is in ICU at the hospital. She is 81 years old and she is very sick. I have the blessed assurance to know that my Mother belongs to the Lord and if the Lord decides to take her i know where she will be. She loves the Lord and she has been faithful unto him. I am at peace. I pray that God's will be done. I cannot help but praise his holy name. I know she wants to see Jesus and her husband of 53 years who we lost in 2008. I give God the glory for him giving me such wonderful and holy parents. thank you Lord. I ask Father that if it is your will to heal my Mother then so be it. Amen.

Father God, You know that I have been in exactly the place that Donna finds herself in now. I pray for her, as I did for myself, that Your will be done. Of course as humans, our first choice would be full physical healing. But, we realize that Your ways are higher than our ways, Your plan is annointed and true. I thank You for the influence of two Godly parents upon Donna's life, and for the wonderful comfort that comes from knowing our loved ones have accepted You, love You, and will live in eternity with You. Whatever the path ahead, please place Your comfort, peace and acceptance within Donna's heart. Hold her mother close to You and dispel any pain or hardship she may be enduring. We trust You without fear or doubt to complete Your will and plan in this life. Whatever the outcome - we give You all thanks, praise, honor and glory. In the name of Jesus, thank You Father for listening to our prayers. Amen.

I join Donna in praying for her mother. If it be Thy Will, grant her a little longer here with her loved ones on earth, and when the time comes for her to leave this earthly world behind, may You grant her a safe journey to Your Kingdom. Help Donna and all those who love her to accept Your Will. I ask this in the Holy Name of Your Son, Jesus.
