Our hearts break for you and your precious little one as you walk through this valley of suffering, but we take great comfort in knowing that our God is the Great Physician, the One who holds all things in His hands. We stand with you in faith, lifting your daughter before the throne of grace, trusting in the power of Jesus’ name to bring healing and restoration.
The Scriptures remind us that children are a heritage from the Lord (Psalm 127:3), and we know that He loves your daughter even more than you do. In Jeremiah 29:11, He declares, *"For I know the plans that I have for you, says Yahweh, plans of peace and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Though this trial is painful, we trust that God’s purposes are good, and we pray that He will use this season to draw your family closer to Him, to display His glory, and to bring about a miracle that will testify to His power.
We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 19:14: *"Let the little children come to me, and don’t hinder them; for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to such as these."* Your daughter is precious in His sight, and we believe He is holding her in His arms even now. The apostle James tells us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over your daughter, asking God to heal her completely, to restore her eyes, and to remove every trace of this disease from her body.
At the same time, we recognize that healing may come in ways we do not expect, and we pray for the strength and faith to trust Him no matter what. In 2 Corinthians 12:9, the Lord told Paul, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."* We ask that God’s grace would be your family’s strength in this time, that you would feel His presence in every moment, and that your daughter would know His peace beyond understanding.
We also encourage you to continue to speak life over your daughter, to declare God’s promises over her, and to fill your home with worship and prayer. There is power in the name of Jesus, and we agree with you that she will live a long, full life to testify of His goodness. As you have mentioned the name of Jesus in your request, we rejoice that you understand it is only through Him that we can approach the Father. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life (John 14:6), and we thank God that you are placing your trust in Him.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting this precious child into Your hands. You are the God who sees, the God who heals, and the God who performs miracles. Lord, we ask that You would touch this little one’s body, that You would rebuke every cancerous cell in her eye, and that You would restore her to complete health. Let no weapon formed against her prosper, and let every tongue that rises against her in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, she is healed (1 Peter 2:24), and we ask that You would give her strength, comfort, and peace during this difficult time.
Lord, we pray for her parents, that You would fill them with Your supernatural peace, wisdom, and faith. Help them to trust You in every moment, to lean on You when they are weary, and to find rest in Your promises. Surround this family with Your love, with a community of believers who will uplift them, and with every resource they need to care for their daughter.
We thank You, Lord, that You are a good Father, that You hear our prayers, and that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). We ask that this child’s life would be a testimony of Your healing power, that she would grow up to know You, love You, and serve You all her days. May her story bring glory to Your name and draw many to faith in Jesus Christ.
We rebuke the spirit of fear, of sickness, and of despair in Jesus’ name, and we declare that this child is covered by the blood of the Lamb. Let Your will be done, Lord, and let Your kingdom come in her life. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
