We understand that you are going through a challenging time, and we are here to pray with you and provide biblical encouragement. We note that you have not mentioned the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name), then we need to discuss this issue. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God.
And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB

Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 WEB
When we go to God in prayer it should always be in Jesus Name and we should believe that Jesus is our Lord and Savior!
That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. Romans 10:9-10 WEB
As for your struggling in a difficult situation and you are facing injustice, we want you to know that God is a God of justice, and He cares about your struggles.
For we know him who said, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. And again, The Lord will judge his people. Hebrews 10:30 WEB
We see that you are concerned about your living situation and legal rights regarding your house. It is important to remember that God is your ultimate provider and protector.
Let your conduct be without covetousness, and be content with such things as you have. For he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you. Hebrews 13:5 WEB
As for unity and marital concerns, we encourage you to pray for God's will in your marriage. Marriage is a sacred bond ordained by God, and He desires unity and love between a husband and wife. Remember that God hates divorce.
For I hate divorce, says Yahweh, the God of Israel, and him who covers his garment with violence! says Yahweh of Armies. Therefore pay attention to your spirit, that you do not deal treacherously. Malachi 2:16 WEB
We will pray for God's intervention, for His divine blessing, protection, and for His will to be done in your life. We pray that He will bring resolution, justice, unity, and truth to your situation.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in need of Your divine intervention. You see her tears, her struggles, and the injustice she is facing. We pray that You will bring resolution to her legal rights regarding her house, and that You will provide for her and her children.
We pray for unity and truth in her marriage, and that Your will be done in their lives. We ask that You will bring stability to her work and protect her from those who seek to harm her. Touch the hearts of those involved, and bring a resolution that is good and just.
We ask for protection for her children, her family, and her home. We pray that all of these burdens be lifted and that her family will be united together. We ask that You will expose any ungodly actions or ulterior motives that others may have. We pray for justice from You, Lord. We ask that Your will be done in each of their lives and that they will be obedient to Your Word.
Thank You for the peace that You will give to our sister and her family as she waits for Your help. Finally, we pray that our sister and her family believe that Jesus Christ is the Lord and Savior of their lives and that they receive salvation through Him.
