We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious life in the ICU, asking for His divine intervention as the medical team prepares to remove the chest tube. Heavenly Father, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who knits us together in our mother’s womb and holds our very breath in Your hands. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, healing is already provided, and we stand on Your promise that You will restore health and heal wounds.
Lord, we pray that as this tube is removed, Your hand would guide the process, protecting every delicate tissue, every nerve, and every part of the lung. We rebuke any spirit of fear, complication, or further injury in Jesus’ name. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of the medical staff and this dear one’s family. We speak life and strength over this body, declaring that the lung will expand fully, that breath will come easily, and that no damage will remain.
Father, we also lift up the emotional and spiritual state of this individual. If they do not yet know You as Savior, we pray they would come to recognize their need for Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved. For "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). We ask that You draw them to Yourself, that they may experience Your love and peace in the midst of this trial.
We trust in Your sovereignty, Lord, knowing that even in the valley of the shadow of death, You are with us. We declare that this is not the end, but a testimony of Your faithfulness. Strengthen the faith of all who are praying, and let this situation bring glory to Your name.
In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're holding you and your loved one close in our hearts today. As the medical team prepares to remove the chest tube, we're reminded of God's unfailing love and care. We claim His promise in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We believe that as the tube is removed, God's healing power will be evident, protecting and restoring every part of the lung. Let's trust in His goodness, knowing that even in this trial, He is working all things together for our good (Romans 8:28). We're here, praying with you, every step of the way. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
