We lift you up before the Lord, dear brother or sister, knowing that He is the Great Physician who cares deeply for every need of His children. Your request is heard, and we join you in seeking His healing touch over your body, for He is faithful to restore and sustain. The Scripture reminds us in Psalm 103:2-3, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases."* We claim this promise over you, trusting that God’s healing power is at work in your life.
It is encouraging to see that you have invoked the mighty name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive His blessings. As it is written in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Let us continue to approach the throne of grace with boldness, knowing that our prayers are heard because of Jesus’ finished work on the cross.
We also encourage you to seek wisdom in this situation. While we pray for divine healing, it is wise to consider whether there may be underlying causes for these symptoms—whether dietary, stress-related, or otherwise. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, *"Where there is no wise guidance, the nation falls, but in the multitude of counselors there is victory."* If these symptoms persist, we urge you to consult a trusted medical professional, for God often uses the wisdom and skill of doctors to bring about healing. Remember, too, that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20), and we are called to steward them well through proper care, rest, and nourishment.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You with grateful hearts, lifting up our brother/sister who is experiencing discomfort and distress in their body. Lord, You know every detail of their physical needs, and we ask that You stretch out Your hand to heal them completely. Touch their stomach, Lord, and remove every sensation of fullness and every urge to vomit. Restore their body to full strength and health, for Your glory and their well-being.
We rebuke any sickness or infirmity in the name of Jesus, commanding it to leave and not return. Let Your healing power flow through their body, renewing every cell and bringing peace to their digestive system. Father, we also ask for wisdom—reveal to them any changes they need to make in their diet, lifestyle, or habits to honor the temple You have given them.
Fill them with Your peace, Lord, and let them rest in the assurance that You are their Healer. May this trial draw them closer to You, deepening their trust in Your goodness and sovereignty. We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for the healing that is already on the way. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, dear one, and trust that the Lord is working even now. Let us know how we can continue to support you in prayer. May God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
